In the event that the NYS Thruway is Closed due to flooding, please use Rt. 5 or Rt. 5S from the East or West to Little Falls…drive into the city and follow signs for festival parking…follow your nose to Canal Place! Rain or shine, we will have a stinkin’ good time!!
